My Professional Mission
My career is guided by a simple mission statement: perpetuating the growth of Scouting through the power of strong servant leadership and service beyond self for the development, and leadership training of the youth I serve.
My Pledge to You
We will work together to create a culture of honesty, hard-working, passionate, caring, transparency and mutual respect. The Scout Oath and Law will be the guiding principles of everything we do. We will recruit smartly at all levels of our organization and empower those recruited to give of themselves fully in service to youth. We will demonstrate the true meaning of servant leadership. We will always base our decisions on what is right for Scouting, our council, and our community. We must lead with imagination knowing that we are leaving our legacy for the future of Scouting.
I believe that every youth should have the opportunity to join a quality Scouting program within their hometown, regardless of community size or location, economic status, or home life. With your support, together we can make that a reality for the South Texas Council.
