  • Effective and engaged District Committees
  • Recruitment of strong community leaders to lead Friends of Scouting campaigns and special events
  • Strengthening relationships with existing donors
  • Reconnecting with legacy families and alumni 

My Strategic Priorities

  • Support the council membership teams in developing effective youth recruitment campaigns
  • Implement a new chartered organization initiative to increase units in underserved communities
  • Work with the board leadership to recruit a fund development chair who will lead a fund development team to assess the operating needs of the council and develop plans to meet those needs.
  • Working with the board leadership develop a realistic and achievable strategic plan for the council utilizing the Strategic Pillars Concept.
